1.The price for online reservation includes service fee and tax.

2.The room is successfully reserved after the reservation is confirmed by the Hotel.

3.The definition of weekdays and holidays shall be based on the Hotel’s definition.  

4.No pets and no smoking. 

5.Check-in time: after 3:00 pm 

6.Check-out time: before 11:00 am 

7.Please understand that the Hotel does not offer additional bedding service. 

8.Breakfast is available from 7:00 am to 10:00 am. Please understand that the Hotel does not take orders for dining during the time other than the abovementioned period.

9.If you or your guests cannot arrive at the Hotel before 6:00 pm, please contact with the Hotel for room reservation.

10."Postponement: The reservation can be kept for three months from the original check-in date on. No deposit will be returned if you fail to stay at the Hotel in three months.

11.The Hotel will refund all the deposit or reserve the deposit if the cancelation is caused by force majeure or other natural disasters such as traffic disruption or a land warning for a typhoon caused by a typhoon or an earthquake.

12.In order to ensure the quality of accommodation for all guests, please refrain from making loud noises after 10pm. Please cooperate. Thank you.

The cancelation policy is based on the regulations for cancelation for direct reservation from the hotels and B&Bs stipulated by Tourism Bureau, Ministry of Transportation and Communications.      

It takes 14-21 work days to refund. 

*100% of the deposit will be returned for cancelation in 14 days before the check-in date. 

*70% of the deposit will be returned for cancelation in 10-13 days before the check-in date.

*40% of the deposit will be returned for cancelation in 7-9 days before the check-in date.

*30% of the deposit will be returned for cancelation in 4-6 days before the check-in date.

*20% of the deposit will be returned for cancelation in 2-3 days before the check-in date.

*20% of the deposit will be returned for cancelation in 1 day before the check-in date.

*Full amount of the accommodation will be charged for cancelation on the check-in date.
